we walked through Daimyo!
“Why? … Well for a few reasons”
Getting to know the area, go to places you normally never would have seen.
Collecting business cards and in that way hoping out with building the website on which we will try to promote the area and so it will be good to know what the area has to offer. Also we want to organize a street event and will try to involve the shops in Daimyo as much as possible. Handing out TEKU TEKU Promortioncards to the shop staff introducing our movement. Getting a bit of an idea what we are talking about when we talk about the traffic and probably most important meeting other people interested in Daimyo in a relaxed enjoyable way.
Parking lots
The parking lots and find out
Is it coin parking / parking for residents / a parking garage/ is there a telephone nr of the parking lot owner / how many cars can be parked ?
Old houses
Find out where the old houses are that Daimyo still has.
Possibly talk to the owners and hear their stories about Daimyo. Also we could ask them if they have old pictures of Daimyo.
Count the vehicles
Sit down for 30 minutes and actually count the number of pedestrians, delivery trucks, taxis, private cars, bicycles and bikes that are coming by. Just to get a bit of an idea of what we are talking about.
Get a feel of the area
Just to get to know the area better it will be a good thing to go around on foot.
Collect business cards
Try to get as many as possible business cards of the shops in the area.
Handing out promotioncards
Here we will introduce our movement, the website and the idea of organizing a street event in all of which we would like involve the shops
